Writing and Poetry
"We should write because it is human nature to write. Writing claims our world. It makes it directly and specifically our own. We should write because humans are spiritual beings and writing is a powerful form of prayer and meditation, connecting us both to our own insights and to a higher and deeper level of inner guidance.
We should write because writing brings clarity and passion to the act of living. Writing is sensual, experiential, grounding. We should write because writing is good for the soul. We should write because writing yields us a body of work, a felt path through the world we live in.
We should write, above all, because we are writers, whether we call ourselves that or not."
-Julia Cameron
The Voicebicker, wickerstalk or talk think in time as days go by walking among the thorns sleep, sleep, be still and see hope to know your place with me stop to shed light upon moments that have long been gone see the face that once I loved hear the voice that’s now beloved I want to need the care you hold you need to want a heart not cold live and learn crash and burn end your time as life goes by

Crushing Hopecrowds of peoplegather now and then to see what’s broken and watch its mend opinions fly in endless directions some want closure and others affections many seek votes from broad selections yet still some hope for forgiving confessions most want nothing though happy with sleep, content to go bothering not to worry with the next day content to simply go their normal way not worried with the problems surrounding seeing a crime but not sounding the trumpet of decency and truth calmly going along turning their backs upon their children marching into the night through the darkness to hide their shame-scared face without pride, crushing hope
